KATO WORKS CO., LTD. launches the new HD820-8 excavator as a part of the new REGZAM excavator series. The new HD820-8 comes with a new exhaust processing system compliant with the EPA Tier 4 and EU Stage V emissions standards, aiming to reduce PM emissions.

• With improved productivity, there is a 3% improvement in cycle time. (Compared to HD820-7)

• With a new design, the durability of buckets has been enhanced. Furthermore, the reinforced bucket (optional) has also been renewed and has enhanced durability.

• The position of the fuel tank drain has been optimized for easy access.
  A new drainage guide for the diesel exhaust fluid has been installed to prevent the liquid from spoiling into the toolbox.
  In addition to the displayed message, a new lamp has been added inside the cab, which will light up during the DPF replay and abnormality.
  A pre-cleaner has been added to the options, suitable for environments with high dust levels, to reduce the amount of dust inside the machine.

• The suspension seat with heating has become a default feature, allowing comfortable operation all year.
  LED lights have been added to the toolbox and boom for better visibility and safety.
